Tristan Pringle

Coach. Catalyst. Thinking Partner.

I empower individuals dedicated to making a positive impact in the world, whether they are working in the social impact or non-profit sector tackling pressing global issues, striving to foster a more humane and inclusive environment within corporate settings or working in innovative corporate settings.I have a particular passion for unlocking the leadership potential in emerging leaders. I am convinced that an Afrocentric approach to leadership, which emphasises community, collective responsibility, and calling individuals to lead, can unlock the capabilities of many. By embracing this approach, I aim to nurture a new generation of leaders poised to create meaningful and sustainable change.

Coaching and Thinking Partnership.

I have a dynamic coaching and thinking partner approach tailoring each intervention to the needs of you, the client. My approach is akin to walking a labyrinth rooted in ancient practices of introspection and mindfulness. Just as a labyrinth's twists and turns offer moments for reflection, I guide you through four coaching phases: self-discovery, reimagining, action, and reflection.

In the Start Here phase, we work together to assess whether we are a good fit, this is done through a simple intake form and interview. Next, in the Get Set phase, I create a context for you to set goals while engaging in a state of reimagining, from a place of understanding and acknowledging your context. This phase encourages understanding within systemic structures and envisioning your desired identity and impact. In the Discovery phase, you devise an action plan and define success metrics, with each step revealing insights. Finally, in Start Again, you reflect on lessons learned, marking a new beginning and recalibrating goals as needed. This fluid process allows for revisiting and evolving goals, ensuring a solid foundation for growth.Within the process I deploy self assesment, envisioning, brainstorming and other tools that guide clients through the process. My role as coach or thinking partner is alot about unlocking what pre-exists within clients and organisations and so I act as a guide on this labyrinth way.Contact me for a free introductory session and enquire about rates.
